You may terminate these terms at any time by providing FelCor Lodging Trust with 60 days prior written notice of your intent to terminate and, within such 60 days period, destroying all materials obtained from any and all FelCor Lodging Trust site(s) and all related documentation and all copies thereof in your possession or control. These terms may be terminated by FelCor Lodging Trust, in FelCor Lodging Trust's sole discretion, at any time and with no notice thereof, and upon your notification of such termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site or any other FelCor Lodging Trust site(s) and all copies thereof in your possession or control.
  17. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and applicable laws, regulations, treaties and international conventions of the United States of America. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Terms are the entire agreement between us relating to the Site and your use thereof.
